HRT: If you are spotting after a hysterectomy there is something wrong internally that you should have examined soon by your doctor. The hot flashes are a sign that the remaining ovary isn't working well enough to provide the needed estrogen. At your young age you probably need to go on estrogen supplement unless there is a good reason your doctor feels otherwise.
