I am 54 was diagnosed with sarcoid 5 years ago. it is non active but there is bad flu going about so should i get the anti flu jab. my health is good.

Yes: I would recommend the vaccination. The season is still ongoing and it will provide some protection. Good hand washing and avoiding contact with ill individuals is also recommended.
