Yes: The most important question is should a pt with sarcoidosis get the trivalent inactivated vaccine or the live vaccine and the answer is the trivalent inactivated( non-live) vaccine. Both of the vaccines have the option for preservative or no preservative. But a sarcoid pt should avoid the live vaccine.
