Could be reflux: this can assume Jim is coming with reflux. You would be wise to discuss this with your physician. You may be advised to see a gastroenterologist to help confirm this diagnosis. You should have s chest x-ray or other imaging to see if there are any chronic lung problems from reflux. The sarcoidosis may not be an issue anymore but that still needs clarification in view of your persistent symptoms
