"cold symptoms" ?'s: With the pandemic still prevalent, a PCR test for Covid-19 given the symptoms described is indicated, and if the Covid vaccine is available , even if the PCR is negative, get the vaccine. Sarcoidosis is not amenable to treatment, but the risks for Covid are significant for those with prior respiratory disease, like Sarcoid.
