Yawn/white patch thr: Yawning is common and can be seen also with jaw muscle stretching Temperomandibular joint irritation can occur with increased chewing i.e. gum, etc. Advil helps for that and avoiding increased chewing motion. The whole patch is probably a food crypt since there is no throat pain with it and it washes away with fluids.
