One enlarged tonsil without overt pathology isn't concerning. But in view of your other somewhat nondiagnostic symptoms, I would recommend one more opinion from an otolaryngologist at a department of otololaryngology at a university hospital near you. I hope this would reassure you that you have no serious throat or ear pathology.
