My palatopharyngeal arch touches uvula on one side andfeel like food is stuck in mouth and nose. it doesn't always feel like the food is in the same place. could this cause this feeling and should be concerned. the arch has swelled and not the uvula?

You need to have a Dr, then dentist talk to you then look in your mouth, then decide if your symptoms are related. Good luck. Prob normal But I cant see it.

Hi, my palatopharyngeal arch on the right side is v inflamed & red for the last few months. Zero pain but in comfortable to swallow and sometimes feels closed over. I also have a yellow roof of mouth. Any ideas why? Can I pls send a photo? Thanks?

Noticed both tonsils are somewhat swollen/large-ish. No pain. Both tonsils (and the palatopharyngeal arches?) are reddish. Ive never paid attention to this area. I do have bad seasonal allergies with drainage. Is this normal or due to my allergies?
Noticed that my left palatopharyngeal arch is red, can see the veins, slightly more swollen than my right side. Feels a bit irritated, too, but not terrible. I've never looked back there before - but can allergies cause this?
