Lipoma: A soft mobile mass under the skin usually represents a lipoma which is a benign condition. It may also be related to gynecomastia. You need to see your physician to have it evaluated. Pain is an indication to have a lipoma removed.

Unsure: You need to have this looked at by a doctor - it may be a benign (non-cancerous lesion) but it needs to be evaluated by a physician. Just watching it can only make a potentially curable condition worse - please see a doctor.
