No reason it would: If the subject were on the borderline of having an attack the answer to all questions would be effected the same. The baseline physical response would shift on introductory/baseline questions. Having any sort of health issue is a normal part of such testing. The trained technicians recognize it. Results are sometimes ambivalent under any state of health.
