I will be doing the bleep test at school. i have asthma. any tips on how to do well on the bleep test?

Bleep test?: What is a bleep test? If the test has to do with exercise and you have asthma the best way to do well is to have your asthma under good control so you can practice and perform well. If your asthma isn't under good control (you are needing the albuterol inhaler often) then call your doctor to get help.
