A member asked:

Can i fail a brochial challenge test if i don't have asthma and my breathing is fine?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes.: If you reacted to the challenge that means you may have reactive airways to a certain exposure. Also depends at what dose you reacted. Need to take the results in clinical situation. A 'negative test' is not asthma. Positive depends on why you had the test and there are other causes for positive test. Clinical eval is the best.
