Lung function test: A lung function test can usually tell whether you still have asthma at that moment.Even if you have no symptoms, the lung function can tell whether you still have asthma or not. If you have allergic asthma, a FeNO breath test can determine whether the airway is still inflamed. Rarely a methacholine challenge test can be done to find out if you may still have asthma. Daily PFR may be helpful.
