A member asked:

Left shoulder pain and is at times accompanied by chest, neck, ear, head, and jaw pain (all left side), and nausea. x-ray of chest and shoulder, ekg, and ct of head all came back normal. what could this be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Persistent and chronic shoulder pain could represent issues with the joint such as a rotator cuff problem, and if this is accompanied by progressive loss of range of movement, would do well to see an orthopedic surgeon to check it out.
