Ive had blurry vision (feeling like my eyes are unfocused, dull, and a bit drowsy) for 18 days. ive been to 2 emergency rooms and eye dr with normal results (ecg, mri, cbc, ct scan) i also have fatigue/ chills. what could be the issue?

I assume that the "normal" eye exam includes good vision on the eye chart. The work-up of a young person with the perception of unfocused vision should include a dilated exam including a refraction after dilation (rule out latent hyperopia), a line-scan OCT of the retina and a formal Humphrey VF test. If those were not done then get retested by an ophthalmologist. Blood glucose and chemistry also.
