Covering Doctor: While it is no surprise that these doses are not helpful -- they are low doses -- it would be unwise to change either medicine without consulting with the prescribing doctor, or, at least, the doctor covering. You can also consider non-pharmacologic approaches, but you would need a more comprehensive assessment for something specific, unless you know of something.
