This may be: a little low in carbs. Carb counting can aid blood sugar control. If you target is 1800 kcal/day, for example, you should target 45-50% in carbs: 800-900 cal. Divide this by 4 (4 calories per carb gram) to get the number of grams of carbs per day: 200 to 225. Spreading this out..eating every 2-3 hrs--often is best for reactive hypoglycemia/blood sugar control. Good wishes:)
