Hip sprain: If you're walking abnormally because of the hip sprain, your low back eventually is strained. It would be best if an orthopedic specialist could evaluate you for both diagnosis and treatment. Physical therapy, anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen or naproxen(available without a prescription), prescription muscle relaxant are all effective treatment modalities for your problems.
