I have hip flexor/groin strain, i ice it 3 times a day.should i stretch right after ice or wait for awile then stretch ?

Wait a while after: Icing. If you were using heat, which can help now that it's not in the acute stages, the stretching right away would be fine. However, after icing, want to let muscles get back close to baseline temp before stretching or you can cause some very small micro tares and delay healing. Either cold or heat is fine, whichever gives you more relief.
