Depends upon its --: severity & duration you have had it for.
The RISE= Rest, Ice, Stretching Exercises + pain meds like Aleve (naproxen) or Motrim would get the job done, but it'll take about 2 weeks at least, maybe more.
Stretch the flexors gently several times a day and gradually increase the range. Do not overdo it. After a day or so you'll get the hang of it. If you do too much, it'll hurt worse.
