Thyroid dosage: There are several possibilities. First, are you taking your pills daily? On an empty stomach? Food and hot liquids can affect absorption. Different brands of thyroid can absorb differently. Presumably you are on levothyroxine (and not some combo). Finally, you still may have some residual thyroid tissue which is growing back.
