Ultrasound showed vascular nodule (9 x 4 x 4 mm) in postoperative thyroid bed. Thyroidectomy 6 1/2 years ago (suspected cancer was Neg. ) and now Elevated thyroglobulin antibodies 332 (range 0 - 6) and TPO AB 24 (range 0 - 5). Should I be concerned?
Partial thyroidectomy in 2006 for nodule, result was benign. Been on 100mcg Synthroid (thyroxine) but a new small nodule has appeared. Had ultrasound and told to not worry and come back in 1 yr. Do you agree?
Are hypoechoic nodules in the liver cancerous (left lobe and right lobe, with peripheral and internal vascularity)? Doc said they are "abnormal".
