TSH: Your TSH is normal, meaning your thyroid is functioning normally. Therefore there is no need to take T4(thyroid replaacement). Thyroid nodules are quite common and FNA is recommended depending on their size and character by ultrasound

TSH and brain feelin: TSH is secreted by the brain depending on if it feels the body has enough circulating T4. TSH is very stable while T4 varies.
