She needs: an adjustment of her thyroid dosage OR a thyroid preparation with a higher level of T-3 (triiodothyronine) (Thyroid hormone contains T-4 (thyroxine) and T-3 in a certain ratio. T-3 suppresses TSH directly) Hope this is helpful Dr Z
