Mgt.: If she is otherwise well appearing, without fever and playful, it is not likely to be a serious illness. If she seems uncomfortable, is not eating well or drooling excessively, please see acute care. She is old enough to have a flu vaccination. I would recommend trying baby nasal saline drops and a cool air mist humidifier, and seeing your PCP.
