Confusing post: The symptoms mentioned are not specific enough to indicate a cause. I would invest in some Mucinex & drink plenty of fluids. That should help.

Nasal saline: Nasal saline rinses and over the counter cough medication may help in reducing the cough. Monitor for fever and follow up with your PCP. Stay well hydrated and rest.
