See a doctor: Aspelone (prednisolone) is only available by prescription in the united states and for good reason. This is a powerful steroid and if used incorrectly can be very dangerous for an infant. Prospan, at best will do nothing for your baby. There's no such thing as an expectorant (despite manufacturer claims) and pediatricians generally frown upon use of any OTC product in infants. Take baby to her doc
