Not COPD: There are a number of things that can cause the symptoms you describe. This winter here in the Midwest has been cold and dry, and those environmental factors can aggravate your upper airway. At your age, you don't have COPD. My guess is you've had a tough winter season. Any other concerns, see your physician.
