Lymph node treatment: Supraclavicular lymph node should not be neglected. It warrants examination and diagnosis. Needle or open biopsy can establish the diagnosis. Inflammatory or neoplastic process has to be considered. Pulmonary or GI sources evaluated. Patient needs a real workup not observation.
