What other symptoms?: A temp of 101 in a 1 year old is not worrisome for a few days, especially if there are other symptoms to suggest the cause, such as runny nose, cough, loose stools, etc., and the child is alert and drinking adequate fluids. If fever persists for more than 3-4 days, it is a good idea to have her checked.
