Getting sick: Many children "feel"warm before they register a fever. Looking drowsy and loss of appetite can also indicate beginning of illness. Let her rest and drink plenty of fluids. We will see if she fights it off or goes on to develop other symptoms.
She could also just be tired and hungry as well.
