Ear noise: It isn't unusual to hear various types of noises in your ears on jaw motions due to movements of muscle,wax and other structures in the external or middle ear. If you're not experiencing pain, itching, discharge, hearing problems from wax buildup, or pain in the jaw hinges themselves, I see no reason for concern.
