Ear: Could be wax in the ear, a eustachian tube issue or problems with your jaw. Sometimes occurs when you have an allergy or a cold. See an ENT and have it looked at. You will probably need a hearing test

TMJ -TMD: Temporo-mandibular disorder is the second most frequent cause of orofacial pain after dental pain. Earache or sounds are common symptom due to the close location to TMJ.
