Heart has been acting weird. when i lay down heart rate dips by 35bpm. rushing sound in head not ears. have to fight to move. family history heart attack. is this serious enough to see doc?

Yes, see a doc.: A normal heart rate is generally between 60-110. Sometimes athletes will have somewhat lower resting heart rates, but 35 is too low and not normal. This could be a structural issue with your heart or an issue with the way your heart conducts electricity to keep it beating normally. Especially considering your family history, I would be evaluated by your PCP or Cardiologist as soon as you can.
