Shoulder pain: Ttop or bottom? May be spine condition- disc, which can happen over time and not just acutely. MRI of upper T spine may demonstrate . or can be tendonosis . of muscles of shoulder blade / rotator cuff. Alternatively gallbladder dysfunction can be referred to the shoulder . Shingles is less likely because it is tends to be more constant as w/ lung. Rarely GI, reflux(more left). f/u w/ doc
