My doctor says i have a frozen shoulder and gave me flexocam 7.5mg for ten days my meds are almost finished but my arms pains alot and shoulder blade burns at times my hole arm goes lame and i get pins and needles is this normal?

Nerve pinching: It seems like you are having a pinched nerve in addition to the frozen shoulder. Because of the spasming of the muscles secondary to inflammation around the shoulder and neck, it is leading to pinching of the nerve. Usually strong anti-inflammatory possibly steroids as well can help with the inflammation and some physical therapy in addition should help alleviate symptoms.
