Possible spine issue: Could possibly be a pinched nerve, actually from your neck where the nerves that leave that area innervate the muscles near your shoulder blade. Another possibility is a problem with the thoracic spine causing a pinched nerve, but typically less common comparatively. Consider checking in with your PCP or a Spine specialist.
