I don't think so: It sounds most like a type of viral syndrome, though the left arm sensations would be a little unusual. The sensation of something stuck in the throat is most often associated with gastroesophageal reflux which could also be a causing the chest and back discomfort. The idea of neck nerve impingement would also have to be considered because of the arm pain. It isn't just bad posture alone. See Doc!
