Viral symptoms: Sounds like you have the onset of a typical viral illness. which can cause all of those symptoms simultaneously. You can try Tylenol for some relief, spend a little time in bed and a very warm bath if possible can be helpful. If not improving in 2-3 days, then seek out your regular doctor.
