You should do a home test for Covid as that is a possibility. Try Tylenol. Good Luck

Monitor your temperature and breathing. Screening for COVID-19 and influenza recommended. Drink fluids,rest and if you experience shortness of breath, persistent or worsening pain, please see acute care. The chest pain may be related to muscle inflammation. Apply a local heating for relief.
