The swollen lymph node and neck tenderness suggest an infection, probably viral. In view of the other symptoms I recommend notifying your physician to get instructions about an examination and testing for Covid infection. There may be an element of anxiety to your symptoms, but I think it's important to get checked.

There may be an adenitis infection requiring antibiotics, COVID-19 screen, discuss a blood count with your physician.A virtual consult with Healthtap is available.
