Depends: It is a brain altering drug and will exaggerate any feelings of anxiety you already have. It usually lasts about 8-10 hours before leaving your system. It sounds like this may not be a good fit for your needs. Be aware that in the US simple possession without a prescription would result in felony drug possession charges. I don't know the law in Canada.
