Not a cognitive medi: concerta is not a medication for cognitive problems. It is for disorders of attention, focus and reduce distractions. You should have a neuropsychological evaluation to determine what your cognitive issues might be and to receive suggestions about how to manage.

Concerta: Difficult to say without knowing what the dosage is , and what other symptoms you might be having. Possibility that Concerta might be elevating your mood, so does the Abilify (aripiprazole). Need proper evaluation for ADHD, through face to face contact with your doctor.
