Seek expert help: Adhd and anxiety commonly co-occur, and you may have both. Stimulants often make anxiety worse, which then can impair attention and focus. Find a good psychiatris who will work with you on addressing all your symptoms, not just adhd.

However, the genetic & environmental factors that contribute to your mood disorder & ADHD can be evaluated by a psychiatrist & a psychologist who can work with you to find treatment modalities that may keep your symptoms from causing you harmful dysfunction.
