GB attack: pregnant: Keep your fat content of your meals low, since gall bladder disease ( if you have stones) can occur when more bile is needed for heavy fatty meals. Unless the "attack" is frequent, it is best to wait until pregnancy is over before contemplating surgery.

If gallbladder gets: fully obstructed, it will usually get infected as well. It would need removal, most likely. However, if not obstructed, would try to wait to pregnancy is completed, then remove gallbladder.
