LFTs post chole: Simple answer, is “yes!” the data you report is trending down—resolving. It could take a few weeks for lfts to return to normal after an acute attack of cholecystitis. Bear in mind, though, that upward trends could suggest a retained stone in the common bile duct. Unless an intraoperative cholangiogram was done during the surgery, then you would want to rule-out that possibility...
