Check again with your surgeon. Sometimes it takes a few weeks to normalize. If there was a stone stuck somewhere else chances are your tests would not be neg. Hope you do well

Gallbladder removed 3/6/23. Before the removal my liver enzymes had been slowly increasing and are now ALT 193 AST 133 Bilirubin 0.6. Alk Phos normal. CT scan and US were normal. No fever. Could this be a bile duct obstruction?
