Dermatologist: If these nonitchy skin lesions continue to occur you should consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. If there is associated leg discomfort and only that leg has the lesions, shingles is a possibility. A biopsy is usually conclusive in puzzling cases but the dermatologist may not request one after examining you. Some insect bites aren't itchy.
