Depends: Rheumatic fever is quite rare nowadays but I presume that it may be considered an autoimmune disorder. As for the colitis, do you mean ulcerative colitis? If so, it is considered an autoimmune issue. Autoimmune and allergic disorders are now considered a manifestation of impaired immune regulation and thus one often develop more than one disease entities.
