See below: It is definitely healthy to eat fruits. I am not sure if you need to drink a liter of water in morning like that. We should drink a good amount of water spread out during the course of the day.

Need protein.: What you listed is a good start,,but you need some protein in there. Egg whites,,low fat yogurt or cottage cheese, low fat milk
